You’ll notice that we have introduced a queuing system, so you will be able to see exactly where you are in the queue.  For repeat medication queries please ring 01225 703183 rather than the surgery.

You will be able to choose from the following options:

Option 1 – Cancel an appointment. This will divert you to a voicemail where you can leave your name, date of birth, date and time of your appointment

Option 2 – Home visit requests (before 10:30), appointments, general enquiries

Option 3 – Test results, this line will only be available after 4pm

Option 4 – Queries about hospital referrals

Named GP

You may have heard in the press that all patients have to be allocated a named GP who is responsible for their patients' overall care at the practice. 

We have used this system for many years, with patients being allocated a GP when they register with us.

If you wish to know who your ‘named GP’ is, please contact us.

If you have a preference as to which GP you are allocated to, the practice will make reasonable efforts to accommodate this request but please remember that you can continue to see whomever you wish, subject to their availability.
