The Clinical Pharmacy Team provide appointments on 5 days of the week. These appointments can be at the request of the GP or are as a follow up of long-term condition reviews.

The highly skilled and experienced team work closely with the GPs of the practice to manage long term conditions by reviewing and optimising medication. This is to ensure that we are prescribing safely and effectively to our patients.

The team process clinical letters, reconciling medication changes and ensure that you obtain the correct medication in a timely manner. In addition, we are able to deal with any medication queries.
