If you're planning to travel outside the UK you may need to be vaccinated against some of the serious diseases found in other parts of the world. 

Prior to travelling, please allow as much time as possible to arrange your appointment (preferably at least 6 weeks), which will be with a Practice Nurse. The Nurse will need to know which countries, and areas within countries, that you are visiting to determine what vaccinations are required.
